Josh Frazier is without a doubt the best trainer I’ve ever had. I have had a few trainers in the past and his knowledge, patience, and encouragement surpasses them all. My results speak for itself.

In the past, working out was something I would dread or avoid and not once have I felt that way about training with Josh. He makes it accessible, fun, and positive. It is clear that he is passionate about what he does and continues his own education and training.

One of the things that sets him apart is how he has educated me about my own health and fitness so that when our paths part I know I will be able to continue this healthy life change. I feel confident that the level of health I’ve achieved is now a lifestyle and I can only get better from here. I’m in probably the best shape of my life in my mid-30s and only in just 6 months.

Josh is a trainer’s trainer. What I mean by that is, he is so well versed, current, knowledgeable, methodical, insightful, and the list goes on. There is a never-ending trail of what you can learn from him. I appreciate that he can actually explain what he is doing and why, in comprehensible terms. I started with Josh in June 2018 (following a year hiatus from training). In just 4 months, I have made more progress with him than anything or anyone I’ve worked with in my past. When searching for a trainer, my husband and I didn’t want a drill sergeant who would just yell at us bootcamp-style (though Josh says he can do that for clients who need that kind of motivation). There are no words to describe how much I adore Josh Frazier. Not only is he knowledgeable he is one of the most down to earth and caring people I know. He always showed up to our sessions with a huge smile, loads of laughs and gallons of positivity and motivation. My situation was slightly different than most. I was a former athlete and dancer who knew her body, was always in top shape and never needed a personal trainer. After a really bad car accident, two thyroid and two abdominal surgeries, I found myself with extra weight on my 5”1’ frame and no idea how to work out with my new physical limitations and hormone imbalance. I was already a pretty healthy eater and working out consistently on my own and yet I was still gaining weight while aggravating all of my injuries, resulting in consistently putting myself out of commission for short periods of time. I knew a typical trainer wouldn’t work for me. I needed a trainer who also focused on rehabilitation. Josh was that trainer. He taught me so much about my body and took the time to educate himself on my specific injuries and customized all of our workouts. He also referred me to an amazing chiropractor, Alex, in which he worked in conjunction with in order to minimize my flair ups. I never thought I would be able to workout without chronic pain. I believed that the athlete I once was, was gone forever. Through what Josh calls, corrective conditioning, within 4 months the athlete in me was back. I was fast, I was strong and most of all I was pain free. I love Josh so much that when my family comes into town I pay for them to workout with him. He is more than just my trainer, he is my friend and a true blessing in my life.

I had to start lyfting for school and training with Josh made it so much easier. He taught me how to correctly do all of the exercises that way I didn’t hurt my back. He pushes you to your limits. I was also experiencing lat pain and he fixed that. I have only been training with him for a few months but he has been great. Definitely recommended

I’ve been working with Josh for a bit over a year, after having worked with various other trainers, where the object was always to loose weight. A turnIng point in my training came early thIs year when I was diagnosed with an injury that would keep me from incorporating any cardio in my future workouts. I was anxious about gaining weight, as cardio has always been my go to for weight management. Josh, worked with me nonstop to rehab my injury, but also to incorporate strength into my training, and constantly supporting, a strong nutrition plan.

I’ve learned quite a few important lessons, drinking water is essential, rest is necessary, nutrition is as important as working out...and believe it or not breathing properly. As elementary as these lessons are, it’s unbelievable to me that I did everything wrong for years, and now at almost 50...I’m finally finding success, I feel stronger than ever, comfortable in my body, and excited to keep going. Josh, is my trainer, and constant motivator...I know we will have many more days of success ahead.

I don’t normally post reviews but I feel I would do a disservice if I did not post this one. I came to Josh after not walking in to the gym for over 15 years. Needless to say, I was in the worst shape of my life. Josh worked with me for just over three months and the results are tremendous. I gained so much strength, endurance and overall just feel fantastic. Josh gave me the fundamentals to continue on my own. His motivational techniques are subtle but super effective. He understands the body so well. In fact, three weeks in to my training I slipped and fell and hurt my back. Instead of discontinuing my workouts, Josh altered my training. He strengthened the muscles in my back and within a few weeks the back pain was completely gone. He suggested that I see a chiropractor but being who I am (stubborn) I didn’t. Either way his routines were as good as what any chiropractor would do and he massaged the muscles that were aching to a point of submission. If you are looking for a great trainer, look no further. Josh is the best!

Josh is awesome! A really good personal trainer who tailors meal plans and workouts according to your goals and capacities. Also, at the same time pushing you to do things you never thought your body could do. I know for me, I’ve done things that show that I’m stronger than what I think and I keep getting stronger the more I train with Josh. I’ve been training with Josh for about 6 weeks and lost almost 20 pounds and keep shredding that fat because of his wonderful meal plan and intense but fun workouts! He always switches it up and it keeps me excited about my sessions with him. I’m also learning a lot about how to properly exercise and about form and different types of workouts that really get the body at it’s optimal level. I wanted to get started on my fitness goals with just the right personal trainer and Josh was the guy! He has an excel file with all your training records and meals so it really is helpful to look back at them. He also uploads videos of you to the excel sheet so you really can see your form and see how to improve. Great personal Trainer!
